I just popped over to thestar.com to catch up on the news, when this article caught my attention. I am in complete shock (no pun intended) and cannot believe this officer is not being reprimanded for his actions.
How can a grown man, who is armed with a gun and taser not have enough physical strength to calm the girl down without using a taser....
